Our in-house experts fabricate furnace parts for our custom designs or your existing equipment.
We can provide individual parts, or complete assemblies and systems for your furnace equipment. Whenever possible, we preassemble parts and equipment in our workshop. Using shop staff rather than field labor results in lower project costs for you – and causes less interference and downtime in your operations.
Another benefit to using shop assembly is the ability to complete more work early in a project’s schedule. With fewer activities occurring near a project’s end, the scheduled completion date becomes more reliable.
In-house assembly also allows us to inspect and test equipment before it leaves our shop – and enables us to resolve potential problems prior to final installation at your site.
